outdoor products, including tents, banners, and signage. This does not negate the need for proofing orders. Whether we are building the artwork file or the client is sending us ready to print files we will proof projects multiple times before sending a proof for approval. While we know things can get missed, we make every effort to minimize multiple proofs and avoid any misprints. This guarantee does not mean that a client can cancel a custom order once production has started.
